Service Description
This break is designed for those in post-cancer recovery, still undergoing treatment or anyone recovering or suffering from any illness, stress burnout or bereavement. Our therapists are highly experienced and qualified in their individual fields. They all have a passion for helping you on your journey to wellness. We have resident Naturopath, Meditation & breathwork specialists all ready to help you. Take some time to recover and reconnect. What's included: Check in at 2pm Welcome consultation with smoothie 1 night in a contemporary double or twin room with dinner 2 x 55 minute Karma Massage or oncology massage 1 x 45 minute Energy Healing or Reiki Full use of Meditation Garden Choice from 1 x 55 min session: 1 x 55 min private sound healing 1 x 55 min breathwork session 1 x 55 mins Guided meditation session These sessions take place in our GER in the Garden (a Ger is a Shamanic sacred round building) Breakfast 1 x25 min karma head massage Check out of your bedroom at 12 noon The Pool Steam room, Sauna and Salt Inhalation room are closed until further notice Contact Details: Tel: +11483 664860 Email: natural-light@outlook.com
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy. If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the treatment there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled spa day or treatment there is a 50 percent cancellation or the offer of an alternative date. Cancellations with less that 72 hours notice will be charged a flat 50 percent cancellation fee. Please note if you cancel a voucher with less than 72 hours notice you will not be offered an alternative date. One cancellation is allowed only then you will be offered a voucher or a rescheduled booking Cancellation of Food an Beverage please note Afternoon teas and lunches can not be refunded with less than 72 Hours notice. * During cancellations due to covid we are offering either a reschedule or Gift vouchers.
