We are a group of dedicated and professional practitioners providing compassionate care to assist our clients on their journey to wellness. We provide our clients with non-traditional healing therapies which complement conventional medicine along with this we offer Swedish massage and Meditation service in Guildford.
We are located in Guildford, Surrey inside the Holiday Inn.
We work with our clients to help facilitate their well-being and good health.
We are proud to offer a range of signature treatments many unique to Natural-Light that focus on inducing wellness and complete relaxation.
Arrive and leave yourself in our caring hands we will ensure you know where everything is and we will come and find you when its time for your treatment .
We have robes, towels, slippers and just about everything you’ll need but please bring your swimwear and leave your stresses and worries behind.

I help people who are stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or in chronic pain.
I trained with local and international experts in Reiki, Meditation, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Life Coaching, RAW (Rekindled Ancient Wisdom), Shamanic studies, Kinesiology, Sound Therapy and Energetic Healing.
I have been working as a full time wellbeing practitioner for over 15 years and I am delighted to help you be the best you can possibly be.

My journey began in holistic healing therapies
back in 2007 with Reiki.
I was so and was affected by the emotional impact and the positive effects of energy work that I decided to train further in a range of holistic treatments.
I have studied both Reiki and Kundalini energies both these energies have inspired a range of very special signature massage treatments designed for total stress reduction and inner peace.
I have also studied African energy massage with Carol Mathebula.
Vunkuwa focuses on individual needs and health and balanced body. It is the eye through which ancient healing technique is applied in a modern contemporary way.
This African Massage is called Vunkuwa, which means the flow of energy, and has been developed by Carol Mathebula, founder of Vunkuwa International Academy and the Association.

Hello everyone I'm Bev, I am a qualified Reiki Practitioner, trained in both The Usui Natural Healing System (Western Lineage), and The Usui Spiritual Energy System (Japanese Lineage), having taken my training with The Usui Reiki Academy Surrey. I then went on to qualify in Swedish Massage to provide total relaxation and drain the lymphatic system, clearing the body of toxins. I have seen many times, and also experienced myself the truly wonderful life changing benefits holistic healing provides the mind, body and soul, bringing all into line and restoring the flow of energy. clients at Natural Light are always a pleasure to meet and listen to, with many returning, and providing them healing and support is always a delight and very satisfying.
