Service Description

Trial This creative process takes about 1.5 hours. During this time we will discuss and create a perfect look for you. We take into consideration your personal style, style of your wedding dress, accessories and any other details or concerns you might have. On the day of the wedding We always arrive with enough time before the wedding to liaise with the hairstylist and check that we have found a suitable well lit spot to create the perfect look as discussed in our initial consultation. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy. If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the treatment there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled spa day or treatment there is a 50 percent cancellation or the offer of an alternative date. Cancellations with less that 72 hours notice will be charged a flat 50 percent cancellation fee. Please note if you cancel a voucher with less than 72 hours notice you will not be offered an alternative date. One cancellation is allowed only then you will be offered a voucher or a rescheduled booking Cancellation of Food an Beverage please note Afternoon teas and lunches can not be refunded with less than 72 Hours notice. * During cancellations due to covid we are offering either a reschedule or Gift vouchers.
