Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy. If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the treatment there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled spa day or treatment there is a 50 percent cancellation or the offer of an alternative date. Cancellations with less that 72 hours notice will be charged a flat 50 percent cancellation fee. Please note if you cancel a voucher with less than 72 hours notice you will not be offered an alternative date.
