A course of 4 deeply relaxing and healing meditation Sessions: Sundays 7:30-8:30pm in the Studio, Spirit Health Club, Holiday Inn Guildford £60 for all 4 weeks Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowl Meditation and Therapy is a powerful vibrational therapy that gently promotes health, balance and transformation in your life! Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls are a wonderful healing tool that, when played, produce a beautiful wave of healing sound and vibration. As these waves pass over and through your body, you will begin to shift physically, mentally and spiritually. You will experience a greater sense of peace, harmony and well-being as the sound waves clear physical, mental and emotional blockages and even pain from your body. During this meditation, participants will rest gently on the floor to experience a powerful healing session. The sound waves of the bowls will immerse you in a sound bath of vibration bringing you into greater balance & harmony from within. Karen specializes in therapeutic sound sequences that are designed to clear your entire energy body, organ systems, meridians and chakra system. The sound and vibration of the bowls will penetrate deeply into participants bodies, with the overall healing experience being unique to each individual every time that you come! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. If you have back problems and need a bolster we can supply these, please just ask.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy. If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the treatment there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled spa day or treatment there is a 50 percent cancellation or the offer of an alternative date. Cancellations with less that 72 hours notice will be charged a flat 50 percent cancellation fee. Please note if you cancel a voucher with less than 72 hours notice you will not be offered an alternative date. One cancellation is allowed only then you will be offered a voucher or a rescheduled booking Cancellation of Food an Beverage please note Afternoon teas and lunches can not be refunded with less than 72 Hours notice. * During cancellations due to covid we are offering either a reschedule or Gift vouchers.
