This carefully created Sunday package is designed to help you reach a state of calm and relaxation and set you up for the week ahead. You'll arrive at 4pm and enjoy 3 hours relaxing in the spa area with a 25-minute treatment. At 7 pm you'll get changed into loose-fitting clothing then join us in the studio at 7.30 pm for the meditation class. This is a 1 hour totally relaxing guided meditation session conducted laying down with blankets and pillows. You will enjoy: A 4 pm arrival time with Spa time and treatments from 4-7 pm Choice of one 25 minute treatment from the following selection: Karma head massage or Relaxing back massage or Reflexology or Reiki or Express holistic facial Use of spa facilities for 3 hours Complimentary robe, towel and slipper hire Complimentary parking Tibetan Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation Facilities include: 20m indoor pool Jacuzzi Sauna Eucalyptus Steam room Relaxation area with Loungers Gym Why not add afternoon tea at 2:30pm or extra treatments to truly personalise your experience? Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy. If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the treatment there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled spa day or treatment there is a 50 percent cancellation or the offer of an alternative date. Cancellations with less that 72 hours notice will be charged a flat 50 percent cancellation fee. Please note if you cancel a voucher with less than 72 hours notice you will not be offered an alternative date. One cancellation is allowed only then you will be offered a voucher or a rescheduled booking Cancellation of Food an Beverage please note Afternoon teas and lunches can not be refunded with less than 72 Hours notice. * During cancellations due to covid we are offering either a reschedule or Gift vouchers.
