A Coronavirus update

Dear friends of Natural-Light

During this unpredictable and challenging time, we are remaining open at the moment, but there is some expectation that the government will ask us to close very shortly.

If you have a booking please don’t worry, read on and we will reassure you about our plans.

We are thinking carefully about how we look after our guests and our therapists.

The health and wellbeing of our team and our guests are our top priority and I want to reassure you of the measures we are taking to keep you all well. We are following all the instructions of the daily, changing government guidelines, but we are going beyond these to look after everyone with us.

Here at Natural-Light there have been no reported cases of the virus amongst either our guests or therapists at the moment, but here is what we are doing to ensure we can protect you as much as possible:

Upon arrival, you will receive our normal warm welcome but we are maintaining safer social contact distances to protect everyone – so no hugs or hand shakes and a generous distance between our Therapists and our guests so any chance of infection is minimised.

Our therapists will let you know about our hygiene facilities that are on hand throughout your stay with us.

Every single member of our team is washing their hands frequently and thoroughly,. We are cleaning and sanitising all touched surfaces i.e. door handles, counters, cloakrooms, worktops etc., every two hours you will find Hand sanitiser as you walk into our reception area along with wipes for your use.

We want to help as much as we can and currently if you already have a booking and if you need to postpone your booking, we will gladly hold your payment against another date until Oct 2020 If you need to postpone your visit please contact us and we will always try to be flexible and move your booking to a more appropriate time.

This is a worrying time for everyone at the moment. The situation is fast changing and we will adapt with it, evolving what we do to best look after you and our team.

We sincerely hope to be back to normal in a matter of a few months .
