Covid bookings update

COVID FAQ’S


  • I am booked in during the lockdown period, what will happen to my booking? (For treatment, day, evening, and overnight spa breaks) Our admin team are currently in the process of contacting all bookings affected by the closure due to the Government’s announcement. Please rest assured your booking is secure and we will uphold your reservation for a future date. This will be done free of charge.

  • Are you offering refunds? No refunds are being offered at this stage. We will be working with all guests to move their affected bookings to a future date so that they can come and enjoy the spa.

  • Will my booking be honoured when you reopen? Yes, when we reopen you can rearrange your booking, rest assured your booking will be the exact same.

  • I have a voucher; will this be extended? We will look to extend vouchers once back in the business. Let us know if your voucher is due to expire whilst we are in lockdown – we will be able to re book you once we know a ropening date .Please note if you have a 3rd party voucher please contact them direct as they will need to extend your booking .

  • Will the phone lines and offices be open during the closure period? All forms of contact (Phone lines, email, and social media) will be monitored twice a week only during the lockdown period.

  • When will you reopen? As soon as we have a reopening date, we will be sure to post this on our website and social media channels.
